Singstar Svenska hit not playing on a PS3 bought in the USA

Hi, Anybody know why Singstars Svenska hits doesnt play on a US version PS3 80 giga , unit. Other PAL games play so far, but not Svenska Hits, (Singstar). Anybody got comeents?

No PAL PS2 games are suppose to work with NTSC version of PS3. Please post a list of games working.

Sorry , I should have said that while Singstars Svenska Hits(PAL) PS2 disk doesnt work, SingStar PS3 disk (PAL) does work on my USA machine. The Singstar is the only release so far on PS3, altougth it says region 2 on the cover.
