Can i burn dvds to my xbox?

Hi, i have just bought executer lite with a 120 gig hd and now i am trying to burn movies to my xbox. Is it possible? Then how do i do? i have succesfully copied the dvd to the xbox (or so atleast i think) but none of the programs seems to "find" the movie.
Whats wrong? Plz tell me
