för er som har hitachi med extreme firmware och inte får median att funka
prova detta trick

You'll need a HDD for this to work

1. With 360 power off pop the HDD out so it just rests on top
2. Power up 360 and insert troublesome game disc that you know worked once before
3. Leave game to spin up a few seconds then pop back in HDD this will make 360 do a soft reset and game loads
