5.10 är ute har jag för mig, men ChickHEn fungerar på max 5.03 på V3 moderkort av 2004 modellerna och 3000 modellerna

Han väntar nog tills det sker lite större förändringar i firmwaren före han gör en ny custom ... Men det börjar vara ett tag sen han kom med nåt nytt ... Han har nog en hel del andra projekt han pysslar med så att göra en ny cfw vid varje uppdatering känns som onödigt jobb

Jag har hört att man kan ändra version.txt bara och lira de spelen som kräver högre FW...

Go into your recovery menu

2. Go to Configuration

3. Then go to XMB USB Device (currently: Memory Stick) and hit X until it shows: Flash 0

4. Then go down to Use version.txt (currently: Disabled) and hit X to Enable it.

5. Then go to Back and then Exit. Your psp will reboot.

6. Connect you PSP to your PC.

7. Go to your PSP?s memory stick in My Computer (it should show as Memory Stick)

8. Once in your memory stick, go to the VSH folder, then to the etc folder.

9. In here will be a version.txt. First we will need to make sure its not read-only, right-click on the file and go to Properties and uncheck the Read-Only attribute and hit OK. Now open the version.txt file, it will look like such:

release:5.00:
build:2740,0,3,1,0:builder@vsh-build6
system:46876@release_500,0×05000010:
vsh:p6264@release_500,v46652@release_5?
target:1:WorldWide

10. all you need to do here is to change the release:5.00: to release:5.50: and then save the file.

11. Reboot your PSP and go back into the recovery menu. Change the XMB Usb Device back to Memory Stick afterwards. Leave the Use version.txt option Enabled.

Det funkar antagligen inte på alla spel, många kräver säkert högre FW för att dom använder saker i dom nya API'sen

Från en väldigt säker källa så visar det sig att man kommer kunna spela de nya 5.50 firmware krävande spelen

Nice, tänkt byta till GEN men har hört att den inte är lika "stabil" som m33...får se ifall det blir någon ny m33, annars GEN FTW! lol
